国有股减持目前沸沸扬扬的国有股减持大讨论，主要集中在两个方面。一是国有股减持的具体方案，主要有两种，一是由张卫星提出的“股权调整”方案（缩股方案），另一种是韩志国提出的配售发售方案。从形式上看，配售发售比较直接简单，而缩股涉及到股权调整，牵动的方面太多。
The current discussion of the reduction of state-owned shares in state-owned shares is mainly focused on two aspects.
