双炔失碳酯(抗孕-53,anordrin)是我国研制的一种避孕药,已鉴定应用。从动物试验和临床结果分析来看,其作用机理是综合性多环节的,对生殖生理过程中几个主要环节都起作用。抗孕-53在动物上抗早孕效果显著,发现早孕动物在服抗孕-53后,血中孕酮水平急剧下降,并使黄体早衰(即有溶黄体作用),使早孕动物的胚胎坏死或吸收,导致妊娠终止。在临床研究中,6056周期有效率按周期计算为99.5%,按妇女年计算为94.0%。使用每片7.5mg的红色肠溶片,既提高了避孕效果,又降低了副反应。
