针对既有地铁线区间上穿隧道施工时可能发生的隆起变形危害,现通过建立有限元数值计算模型,对区间内抗浮及隆起变形进行了模拟计算,验证了在不采用加固方式时可能发生的变形破坏。在此基础上,设计采用分段开挖、旋喷加固等方法对既有线隧道结构周围土体加固效应进行了分析研究。计算结果表明:采用加固措施后可有效地控制既有线路区间内的上浮变形,为保证本工程及同类型工程的安全施工提供了有益参考。
In view of the possible deformation and deformation of the uplift caused by the tunnel construction in the existing subway line, the numerical simulation model of the finite element method is established to simulate the anti-floating and uplift deformation in the interval. On this basis, the method of segmental excavation, jet-jet grouting and so on is adopted to analyze the reinforcement effect of soil around the existing tunnel structure. The calculation results show that the use of reinforcement measures can effectively control the floating deformation in the existing lines and provide a useful reference for the safe construction of this project and similar projects.
