目的考察秦皮乙素、千金子素L8、千金子素L1、千金子素L3、千金子素L2五种化合物在千金子不同药用部位的分布情况。方法用HPLC法测定,色谱柱为Inertsil ODS-3(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水梯度系统,流速1.0 ml·min-1,柱温25℃;检测波长275 nm。结果千金子种皮中秦皮乙素的含量很高,二萜酯类含量很低,个别甚至低于最低检测限,而千金子种仁中5种化合物的分布与种皮正好相反。结论建议将千金子种皮单列为一味中药使用。
Objective To investigate the distribution of aescine, cadmium L8, cadmium L1, cadmium L3, cadmium L2 in different medicinal parts of cadmium. The method was characterized by HPLC. The column was Inertsil ODS-3 (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water gradient system at a flow rate of 1.0 ml · min-1 with a column temperature of 25 ° C and a detection wavelength of 275 nm. Results The content of aesculetin in the seed coat was high, the content of the diterpene esters was very low, some even below the lowest limit of detection, while the distribution of the five compounds in the seed of Qianjin was opposite to that of the seed coat. Conclusions It is suggested that the seed coat of gold seed should be used as blind Chinese medicine.
