前言轧制板材或箔材时,通常轧辊带有一定的凸度。其凸度值就是平衡于轧制力,使轧辊产生变形的量。而轧辊凸度本身的形状是与材料横向的厚度或平整度有关。文中,就轧辊磨削的标准状态与材料的形状,特别是与轴向弯曲和拉伸都具有什么样的关系进行了论述。轧制箔材时,由于轧制力的作用,轧辊产生约5微米的压扁变形。此时,既或轧辊凸度大小相同,由于磨削形状有误差而轧辊轴向直径有时也会产生大约4微米的差量。所以为了适合于轧制,轧辊磨削形状的选择一定不能忽视。
Preface Rolled sheet or foil, the roll usually with a certain degree of convexity. The crown value is the balance of the rolling force, the amount of deformation of the roll. The shape of the roll crown itself is related to the lateral thickness or flatness of the material. In this paper, the relationship between the standard state of roll grinding and the shape of the material, especially the relationship between the axial bending and the stretching are discussed. When the foil is rolled, the roll produces squashed deformation of about 5 μm due to the rolling force. At this time, both the same size as the roll crown, due to the grinding shape error and the roll axial diameter sometimes produce a difference of about 4 microns. Therefore, in order to be suitable for rolling, the choice of roll grinding shape must not be ignored.
