研制了一种能用于红外光谱分析及原位无损检测的恒压光纤式衰减全反射(ATR)探头。基于ATR技术,并配合恒压限位装置,将该探头与样品以恒定正压力接触,可显著提高样品吸收谱的测试可重复性,多次测量偏差小于5%。用该探头分析硝酸酯增塑聚醚(NEPE)推进剂中安定剂的质量分数,测量结果与已有报道相吻合并极大提升了测量的便捷程度。所研制的光纤式ATR探头可广泛用于需对已安装材料进行反复无损检测的场合。
A constant pressure fiber attenuated total reflection (ATR) probe for infrared spectroscopy analysis and in situ nondestructive testing was developed. Based on the ATR technology, coupled with a constant pressure limiting device, the probe is brought into contact with the sample at a constant positive pressure, which can significantly improve the test repeatability of the sample absorption spectrum with less than 5% deviation in multiple measurements. The probe was used to analyze the mass fraction of stabilizer in nitrate plasticized polyether (NEPE) propellants. The measured results were consistent with those reported before and the convenience of measurement was greatly improved. The developed optical fiber ATR probe can be widely used for repeated non-destructive testing of installed materials.
