恶性混合瘤为一少见病,虽恶性程度高。转移率高,但早期手术切除,效果较好。由于此病少见,加之活检部位太浅,以及病理切片制作过程中挤压,均易造成误诊。我们遇到1例,现报告如下以引起同道对该病的警惕。患者,女,22岁,病人于1981年夏,上唇出现一小红点,后渐增大,到1982年肿块增大至占上唇的1/3,曾在当地医院用硬化剂治疗2次,后肿块变硬,生长稍慢。1985年秋又行冷冻治疗3次,局 Malignant mixed tumors are a rare disease, although the degree of malignancy is high. Because this disease is rare, combined with a too shallow biopsy site and extrusion during the process of making a pathological section, it is easy to cause misdiagnosis. We encountered one case and the report is as follows to alert the same person to the disease. The patient, female, was 22 years old. In the summer of 1981, the patient developed a small red dot on the upper lip and then gradually enlarged. By 1982, the mass increased to 1/3 of the upper lip. She had been treated with sclerosing agent twice at the local hospital. The posterior mass hardens and grows slightly slower. In the fall of 1985, it was treated with cryotherapy three times.
