亚急性甲状腺炎是以病毒感染或病毒感染后的变态反应为主要病因的甲状腺感染性疾病,病程较长且临床症状不典型,本研究旨在探讨彩色多普勒超声在本病急性期的诊断价值。1资料与方法1.1研究对象选取2009年10月至2011年5月我院收治的急性期亚急性甲状腺炎患者59例,男性9例,女性50例,年龄13～70岁,其中<30岁患者2例,30～60岁患者51例,>60岁患者6例。
Subacute thyroiditis is a thyroid infectious disease with the main cause of allergic reaction after virus infection or virus infection. The disease duration is long and the clinical symptoms are not typical. The purpose of this study is to investigate the diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasonography in the acute stage of this disease value. 1 Materials and Methods 1.1 Subjects selected 59 cases of acute subacute thyroiditis admitted to our hospital from October 2009 to May 2011, 9 males and 50 females, aged 13 to 70 years, of whom <30 years of age patients 2 cases, 51 patients 30 to 60 years old, 6 patients> 60 years old.
