近几年来,由于国民经济的发展,许多工业部门急需各种水分仪用来测量气体、液体和固体中的含水量,测量范围由ppm到100%。测量方法有卡尔、费休法、电解法、电容法、微波法、压电石英吸附法、露点法、气相色谱法、光学方法和中子测水法等。每种方法都有其特点和应用范围。本文着重介绍电容测水法。电容法测水仪表在国内外已生产,如美国Panametrics公司生产的1000型、3000型电容法微量水分仪,英国Shaw水分仪公司生产电容法露点仪。在国内,成都仪器厂生产出电容法的UHY-21型A、B、C原油水分仪,兰州化学工业公司化工自动化研究所研制出DRWS-2A型电容法液相微量水分仪。这种水分仪已成功地应用在炼油、石油化工中。目前正
In recent years, due to the development of the national economy, many industrial departments urgently need various moisture meters to measure the moisture content in gases, liquids and solids ranging from ppm to 100%. Capacitance law water meter has been produced at home and abroad, such as the United States produced by Panametrics 1000, 3000 capacitance method moisture meter, the British company Shaw moisture meter capacitance dew point meter.
