目前对于着色牙的治疗多用漂白法,但此法可引起牙釉质力学性能的改变。本实验取30个25岁年青人新鲜完整的下颌第三磨牙随机分5组并分别用以下材料处理:A组,30%过氧化氢(H_2O_2)棉球(37℃);B组,30%H_2O_2棉球(57℃);C组,30%H_2O_2+过硼酸钠糊剂(37℃);D组,30%H_2O_2+过硼酸钠糊剂(57℃);E组,对照组。恒温状态下将上述5种材料均匀覆盖于磨牙近中面牙釉质上0’、10’、20’、30’后分别测试处理区牙釉质硬度,记录各牙的硬度值入表,结果行方差分析。 实验表明用30%H_2O_2处理的A、B组与用糊剂处理的C、D组相比,前者牙釉质硬度明显下降,方差分析有统计学意义。而A、B组间及C、D组间并无显著差异。水和温度的变化对牙釉质硬度无明显影响。
At present, multi-purpose bleaching treatment of colored teeth, but this method can cause changes in the mechanical properties of enamel. In this study, 30 25-year-old young and fresh mandibular third molar were randomly divided into five groups and treated with the following materials: group A, 30% hydrogen peroxide (37 ℃); group B, 30% H 2 O 2 cotton ball (57 ℃); C group, 30% H 2 O 2 + sodium perborate paste (37 ℃); D group, 30% H 2 O 2 + sodium perborate paste (57 ℃); Under the condition of constant temperature, the above five kinds of materials were evenly covered on the enamel near the middle of molars for testing the enamel hardness at 0, 10, 20, and 30 'respectively. The hardness of each tooth was recorded into the table, analysis. Experiments show that treated with 30% H_2O_2 A, B group compared with the paste treated C, D group, the former enamel hardness decreased significantly, the variance analysis was statistically significant. There was no significant difference between A, B and C, D groups. Changes in water and temperature had no significant effect on enamel hardness.
