奖金“不封顶”的说法是引用高炉冶炼“不封顶”的术语,鼓励人们多劳多得,把“大锅饭”的奖金改革为“总额不突破,单位不拉平,个人不封顶”。但以我之见,奖金“不封顶”的提法是不够科学的。这在理论和实践上都可以证明。其一“不符逻辑”。既然前提是“总额不突破”,结论就不可能有“个人不封顶”。因为“总额”是一个有界的量,个人所得再多,也不能超过“总额”。既然不能过“界”,那么“顶”总是有的。
