员工培训是企业提升综合实力,获取竞争优势的关键性因素,是企业持续发展的动力源泉。目前一些企业对员工培训工作重视不够,存在许多误区和问题,轻的影响企业的形象、企业的竞争力,重的甚至阻碍了企业的持续发展。企业要长盛不衰,就必须注重员工与企业的共同进步,使员工通过持续的培训和学习不断提高知识水平和工作能力,从而实现企业的可持续发展。本文所要探讨的就是企业员工的培训管理。
Employee training is the key factor for enterprises to enhance their overall strength and gain competitive advantage, and is the source of power for the sustainable development of enterprises. At present, some enterprises pay little attention to staff training and there are many mistaken ideas and problems. They have a slight influence on the image of enterprises, the competitiveness of enterprises, and even hindered the sustainable development of enterprises.
