在1993～1997年我院应用中成药雷公藤配合小剂量强的松治疗肺间质纤维化取得较好疗效,现总结分析如下。 1 临床资料 雷公藤加用强的松治疗肺间质纤维化(下称治疗组)共32例,其诊断均符合特发性肺纤维化的诊断标准,其肺功能都有不同程度的下降。发病年龄41～67岁,平均56岁,男21例,女11例。入院时病程最短15天,最长达9年。另以1993年以来应用强的松和(或)环磷酰胺治疗的病例26例为对照组,经比较其性别、年龄及病程与治疗组在统计学上无显著差异。
In 1993 to 1997 our hospital application of Chinese patent medicine Tripterygium with small doses of prednisone treatment of pulmonary interstitial fibrosis to achieve better efficacy, are summarized as follows. 1 Clinical data Tripterygium plus prednisone in the treatment of pulmonary fibrosis (hereinafter referred to as the treatment group) a total of 32 cases, the diagnosis is in line with the diagnostic criteria of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis, pulmonary function have varying degrees of decline. Age 41 to 67 years old, average 56 years old, 21 males and 11 females. The shortest duration of admission 15 days, up to 9 years. The other since 1993, the application of prednisone and (or) cyclophosphamide in 26 cases as the control group, by comparison of their gender, age and duration of treatment with the treatment group no statistically significant difference.
