目的 :探讨上皮钙黏附蛋白 (E cadherin)、黏附分子CD4 4H、基质金属蛋白酶 3(MMP 3)、肿瘤转移抑制基因nm2 3H1和血管内皮生长因子 (VEGF)基因的表达与鼻咽癌颈淋巴结转移及远处转移的关系。方法 :应用免疫组织化学SP法检测 6 2例鼻咽癌组织 (鼻咽癌组 )和 4 0例正常鼻咽黏膜组织 (对照组 )中E cadherin、CD4 4H、MMP 3、nm2 3H1和VEGF的表达。结果 :在鼻咽癌有淋巴结转移组中 ,E cadherin和nm2 3H1的表达减弱 ,CD4 4H和MMP 3的表达增强 ,与无淋巴结转移组的表达差异有统计学意义 ,VEGF在两组的表达差异无统计学意义 ;E cadherin与CD4 4H、MMP 3的表达分别呈负相关关系 ,CD4 4H与MMP 3的表达呈正相关 ;在鼻咽癌远处转移组中 ,E cadherin和nm2 3H1的表达减弱 ,CD4 4H、MMP 3和VEGF的表达均增强 ,与无远处转移组比较 ,差异均有统计学意义 ;CD4 4H与VEGF的表达呈正相关关系。结论 :E cadherin、CD4 4H、MMP 3和nm2 3H1与鼻咽癌颈淋巴结转移及远处转移的关系密切 ,VEGF仅与鼻咽癌颈淋巴结转移相关 ,它们是肿瘤转移的重要因素 ,可作为评估鼻咽癌转移的生物学指标。
Objective: To investigate the expression of E cadherin, adhesion molecule CD4 4H, matrix metalloproteinase 3 (MMP 3), tumor metastasis suppressor gene nm2 3H1 and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) gene and cervical lymph node metastasis And the relationship between distant metastasis. Methods: The expressions of E cadherin, CD4 4H, MMP 3, nm2 3H1 and VEGF in 62 NPC tissues (nasopharyngeal carcinoma) and 40 normal nasopharyngeal mucosa tissues (control group) were detected by immunohistochemical SP method expression. Results: The expression of E-cadherin and nm23H1 were weakened, while the expression of CD4 4H and MMP-3 was enhanced in the group of lymph node metastasis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma. There was a significant difference between the two groups in the expression of VEGF There was a negative correlation between E-cadherin and CD4 4H and MMP-3 expression, and a positive correlation between CD4 4H and MMP-3 expression. In the distant metastasis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma group, the expressions of E cadherin and nm23H1 were weakened, The expressions of CD4 4H, MMP 3 and VEGF were all significantly increased, which were significantly different from those without distant metastasis. There was a positive correlation between the expression of CD4 4H and VEGF. Conclusions: E cadherin, CD4 4H, MMP 3 and nm2 3H1 are closely related to cervical lymph node metastasis and distant metastasis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma. VEGF is only associated with cervical lymph node metastasis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma. They are important factors of tumor metastasis and can be used as an assessment Biological indicators of nasopharyngeal carcinoma metastasis.
