在新的历史条件下,中小学德育面临着社会诸多方面的变化和挑战.了解学生存在的问题和他们的需求,开展适合学生特点的教育活动,注重发挥学生的主体作用,是德育取得良好成效的必要前提.家庭和社区的参与以及教育者自身素质的提高在德育工作中也具有十分重要的作用.
