以云抗10号和当地大叶种为对照,在保山市茶树良种场和澜沧县县乡企业开发公司茶果场对云茶春毫开展生态适应性试验。结果表明:云茶春毫的移栽成活率在92%以上,生长势较强;属丰产品种,产量比对照品种提高4.04%~31.25%;其内含物质丰富,尤其是氨基酸含量较高,达2.6%~3.1%,酚氨比值较低,为10.7%~12.3%;用其鲜叶制备的绿茶具有色泽鲜绿、白毫显露、香气高长、汤色明亮、滋味鲜醇等特点。另外,从茶树种植、茶园施肥、茶树修剪与采摘和病虫害防治等方面简要介绍了其栽培技术要点。
