以首秦公司加热炉为研究对象,根据能量守恒定律及回归分析方法建立了入炉钢坯温度与高炉煤气燃耗的关系模型,并通过现场试验加以验证。研究表明,钢坯入炉温度和热装率是加热炉燃耗的重要影响因素,在加热炉热装率较高情况下,提高热装温度对降低高炉煤气燃耗效果较为明显;加热炉钢坯热装试验验证了所建立的分析模型的正确性,为加热炉能耗分析提供了理论依据。
Taking the heating furnace of Shouqin Company as the research object, the relationship model between the temperature of billet entering the furnace and the gas burnup of blast furnace was established according to the law of conservation of energy and regression analysis, and verified by field test. The results show that the billet temperature and the rate of hot charging are the important factors affecting the fuel economy of the furnace. When the rate of hot charging is higher, the effect of hot charging temperature on reducing the burnup of blast furnace gas is obvious. The test proves the correctness of the analytical model established, which provides a theoretical basis for the energy consumption analysis of the heating furnace.
