研制了一套进行三轴应力下混凝土变形与强度试验装置系统。该系统适用范围广,既可用于荷载控制,也可用于变形控制;可进行不同应力比下的平面应力、平面应变及一般三轴受压和三轴受拉加载下的变形与强度试验;适应多种试件尺寸,最大试件尺寸可达到 lm;吨位较大,每向最大压力为2000 kN,最大拉力为 500 kN,并具有钢刷加载装置。数据采集处理全部由计算机实现,可采集到应力-应变曲线的下降段。试验精度与效率都较高。
Developed a set of equipment for testing concrete deformation and strength under triaxial stress. The system has a wide range of applications and can be used for both load control and deformation control. Plane and plane strains under different stress ratios and deformation and strength tests under normal triaxial compression and triaxial tension loading can be used. A variety of specimen sizes, the largest specimen size can reach lm; tonnage is larger, the maximum pressure in each direction is 2000 kN, the maximum tensile force is 500 kN, and has a steel brush loading device. The data acquisition and processing are all implemented by computer and can collect the descending segment of the stress-strain curve. Test accuracy and efficiency are high.
