目的建立并完善面粉及其制品中溴酸盐含量的离子色谱测定方法。方法样品加入纯水振荡提取,取上清液离心、过RP柱、Ag/H柱除去蛋白质、氯离子,0.22μm滤膜过滤,再进行超滤;选用DIONEX IonPac-AS19分析柱分离,采用氢氧化钠溶液梯度淋洗、抑制型电导检测器检测。结果溴酸盐在0.1~6.0μg.mL-1浓度范围内具有良好的线性关系(r=0.999 8);方法的检出限为0.50 mg.kg-1,方法回收率在85%~99%。结论建立的方法可用于面粉及其制品中溴酸盐含量的测定。
Objective To establish and perfect the determination of bromate in flour and its products by ion chromatography. Methods The samples were extracted with pure water and centrifuged. The supernatant was centrifuged, and the protein and chloride were separated by ion exchange chromatography on a column of Ag / H and filtered through a 0.22μm membrane. The cells were separated by ultrafiltration using a DIONEX IonPac-AS19 column. Sodium hydroxide solution gradient elution, inhibitory conductivity detector detection. Results The bromate showed a good linearity (r = 0.999 8) in the range of 0.1-6.0μg.mL-1. The detection limit was 0.50 mg.kg-1, and the recovery was 85% -99% . Conclusion The established method can be used for the determination of bromate content in flour and its products.
