目的探讨硝酸银比浊法测定饮用水中微量氯化物的方法。方法根据水中的氯化物在酸性介质中,能与硝酸银定量反应生成白色氯化银沉淀,而在水中形成乳浊液,通过浊度仪测定其浑浊度而准确测定水中氯化物含量。结果氯化物含量在0.10~5.00 mg/L范围内,标准曲线线性关系良好,相关系数r=0.9998;方法的相对标准偏差为0.058%~1.8%;样品的加标回收率为98.5%~102.5%;方法的灵敏度、精密度和准确度均优于硝酸银容量法。结论本方法不但具有快速、简便、灵敏度高、精密度和准确度好等优点,而且不需要配置大型精密的检验设备,便于一般基层单位广泛开展。
Objective To investigate the method of silver nitrate turbidimetric determination of trace chloride in drinking water. Method According to the chloride in water, the method can quantitatively react with silver nitrate to form white silver chloride precipitation, and form the emulsion in water. The turbidity of the chloride in the water can be measured to determine the chloride content accurately. Results The calibration curve showed a good linearity with the range of 0.10-5.00 mg / L. The correlation coefficient was 0.9998. The relative standard deviations (RSDs) were between 0.058% and 1.8%. The spiked recoveries were 98.5% -102.5% The sensitivity, precision and accuracy of the method are better than the silver nitrate capacity method. Conclusion The method not only has the advantages of fast, simple, high sensitivity, precision and accuracy, but also does not require large-scale precision testing equipment, making it convenient for the general grass-roots units to carry out extensively.
