世纪之交以来,国有石化企业面临着经济全球化进程加快,市场进一步开放,行业竞争加剧,油价持续高涨,环保压力日益增大等为特点的新形势和新挑战。油价不断攀升,给各国带来的危机意识,以及市场开放造成的竞争加剧,国有石化公司为了实现占有资源、控制国内市场的根本目标,也纷纷调整经营战略,采取了各种应对措施。本文就石化企业在经营战略问题进行阑述,并与大家共享。
Since the turn of the century, state-owned petrochemical enterprises have faced new situations and challenges characterized by accelerated economic globalization, further market opening, intensified industry competition, persistently high oil prices and increasing environmental pressure. The continuous rise in oil prices, the awareness of crisis brought about by various countries, and the increased competition caused by the opening of the market, the state-owned petrochemical companies have also adjusted their business strategies and adopted various countermeasures in order to achieve the fundamental goal of occupying resources and controlling the domestic market. In this paper, the petrochemical companies are narrated in the business strategy issues and shared with everyone.
