根据实际工作经验 ,以管式加热炉为例 ,分析了炉膛体积发热强度、炉管表面热强度、辐射室排烟温度、对流室排烟温度、炉管内流速、烟气流速、压力降和热效率等影响加热炉设计和选用的 8个要素 ,讨论了表面热强度的确定与传热面积计算 ,以及加热炉设计性能的综合评判及加热炉优化设计的技术发展方向。值得注意的是 ,在优化设计加热炉时 ,除了考虑性能指标外 ,还要考虑环境保护指标、安全指标和经济性指标。
