本文用特征线法求解了描述传输过程的偏微分方程,从而得到了传输线中各点的电压,电流的计算公式和等效电路。并给出了实现该算法的程序框图。对于无损线的情况,运用了上述的结果,得到了无损传输线的数学模型和等效电路,并纳入电路分析系统 DFX-1中,作为该系统可分析处理的一种电路元件。作为例子,本文介绍:磁膜字线中,窄脉冲漏电流的分布;磁心读出线中,讯号和噪音的传输;并联读出线中的讯号传输和逻辑讯号的长线传输,给出了严重失配、二极管匹配、RC 网络匹配几种情况下的瞬态响应波形。
In this paper, the method of characteristic line is used to solve the partial differential equation describing the transmission process, and the formulas of voltage and current at each point in the transmission line and the equivalent circuit are obtained. And gives the block diagram of the algorithm. For the case of non-destructive wire, the mathematical model and equivalent circuit of the lossless transmission line are obtained by using the above results, and are incorporated into the circuit analysis system DFX-1 as a circuit element which can be analyzed and processed by the system. As an example, this article describes the distribution of narrow-pulse leakage currents in a magnetic film wordline; the transmission of signals and noise in the core readout line; the long-term transmission of signal and logic signals in a parallel readout line, giving a serious Mismatch, diode matching, RC network matching transient response waveforms in several cases.
