建立了梯度淋洗-抑制型电导离子色谱法检测水产品中有机酸的方法。在2~3个数量级范围内,该方法对目标化合物的检测线性良好。酒石酸的线性范围为15~500 ng/mL,检测限为0.05 mg/kg;柠檬酸线性范围为8~500 ng/mL,检测限为0.03 mg/kg。以大黄鱼、中华绒螯蟹、南美白对虾、文蛤为空白样品,加入酒石酸和柠檬酸质量分数分别为0.05,0.07和0.10 mg/kg,酒石酸的加标回收率介于84.4%~89.2%,RSD<6.5%,柠檬酸的加标回收率介于87.5%~93.8%,RSD<5.9%。
A method of gradient elution-suppressed conductivity ion chromatography for detecting organic acids in aquatic products was established. In the range of 2 to 3 orders of magnitude, the method has a good linearity for the detection of the target compound. The linear range of tartaric acid was 15-500 ng / mL with the detection limit of 0.05 mg / kg. The linear range of citric acid was 8-500 ng / mL with the detection limit of 0.03 mg / kg. The recovery rates of tartaric acid were 84.4% ~ 89.2% with the mass fraction of tartaric acid and citric acid being 0.05, 0.07 and 0.10 mg / kg, respectively, with the samples of big yellow croaker, Chinese mitten crab, RSD <6.5%, citric acid spiked recoveries ranged from 87.5% to 93.8% with a RSD <5.9%.
