本文针对长南气田水平井施工中现场存在的和山西组煤层垮塌进行总结分析。通过对山西组煤层垮塌机理分析,针对性地提出应对措施。以优选钻井液体系为切入点,结合阳离子烷基糖苷钻井液体系的特点和该钻井液体系长南气田水平井的实际应用情况与常规钻井液体系进行比对分析,优选转换配方和水平段钻井液性能参数,实现长南气田水平井钻井液技术的应用优化。
This paper summarizes the site collapse in the horizontal well construction of Changnan Gas Field and the collapse of coal seams in Shanxi Formation. Based on the analysis of coal group collapse mechanism in Shanxi Province, the countermeasures are put forward. According to the characteristics of cationic alkyl glycoside drilling fluid system and the actual application of horizontal well in Changnan gas field of drilling fluid system, the optimal drilling fluid system is used as a starting point, and the comparison is made between conventional drilling fluid system and conversion formula and horizontal drilling Liquid performance parameters to realize the application optimization of horizontal well drilling fluid technology in Changnan gas field.
