磁县位于河北省南部,境内有岳城、东武仕两大水库,3条河流,历来是邯郸市防汛重点县,防汛任务十分艰巨。今年7月28～30日,磁县连续遭受暴雨、大暴雨袭击,全县平均降雨量达131.9mm,城区降雨155.6mm,最大降雨量时村营乡达到了214.6mm。降雨强度大,历时短,是该县有气象记录以来在短时间内降雨量最大的一次。大暴雨造成部分乡镇农田积水,城区轻度内涝。
