俗话说,没有疲劳的训练是无效的训练,而疲劳没有消除的训练则是有害的训练。如何能使训练后体能快速恢复,保持理想的运动状态,保证训练量和强度,是所有项目的运动员共同关注的问题。尤其是中学生运动员正处于长身体、学知识的阶段,既想出好的运动成绩,又要学好文化课知识,对于他们这个群体的训练后的恢复就显得格外重要。传统的训练恢复手段一般就是按摩和理疗,毫无疑问,按摩理疗是消除运动后疲劳,促进恢复的有效手段。但与之相辅相成的还有通过训练手段和运动营养手段以及良好的睡眠等。传统的营养方法就是尽最大努力加强营养,多吃点好的东西,这其实是很不科学的。那么什么是比较合理的营养呢?

Traditional training and recovery methods are generally massage and physiotherapy, there is no doubt that massage therapy is to eliminate fatigue after exercise, and promote effective recovery means. But complement each other and through training methods and sports nutrition means and good sleep and so on. The traditional method of nutrition is to try our best to enhance nutrition and eat more good things. This is actually unscientific. So what is more reasonable nutrition?
