1898年洪水是黑河调查洪水中有量级的最大一次洪水,形成本次洪水暴雨天气系统与“81.8”洪水相似,略阳、宝鸡、咸阳、周至等县县志均有灾情记载。根据1956年洪水调查,1983年洪水复查,陕西省《洪水资料》整编,1898年调查洪峰流量为3620米~3/秒。1980年发生的“8.07”洪水,实测洪峰流量为3040米~3/秒,1981年发生的“81.8”洪水,实测洪峰流量为2530米~3/秒。1898年洪水重现期的论证是黑河水库工程设计洪水可靠程度的主要依据。
In 1898, the flood was the largest flood in the Heihe survey floods. The formation of this stormy weather system is similar to that of the “81.8” flood. Records of the disasters such as Lueyang, Baoji, Xianyang and Zhouzhi counties were recorded. According to the 1956 Flood Survey, the 1983 Flood Reexamination, and the “Flood Information” in Shaanxi Province, the flood peak flow survey in 1898 was 3620 m 3 / s. The “8.07” flood occurred in 1980, the measured flood peak flow was 3040m ~ 3 / s, and the “81.8” flood occurred in 1981. The measured flood peak flow was 2530m ~ 3 / s. The demonstration of flood recurrence in 1898 is the main basis for the reliability of design flood of Heihe reservoir project.
