在非洲绿猴肾细胞(Vero E6)上接种柯萨奇B2病毒,采用细胞病变抑制法(Cytopathic effect inhibition Assay)和四甲基偶氮唑蓝(MTT)法,在预防、治疗和直接作用3种试验模式下探讨白藜芦醇体外对柯萨奇病毒的抑制作用。白藜芦醇体外抗病毒药效显示:(1)预防模式对柯萨奇病毒无抑制作用;(2)治疗和直接作用模式对柯萨奇病毒均有一定程度的抑制作用,且治疗模式(抑制率为71.5%)效果优于直接作用(抑制率为41.5%)。说明白藜芦醇对柯萨奇病毒具有体外抑制作用,其可能通过多个途径抑制病毒在宿主细胞内的复制。
Coxsackie B2 virus was vaccinated on African green monkey kidney cells (Vero E6) using the Cytopathic effect inhibition Assay and the MTT method in the prophylaxis, treatment and direct action 3 To explore the inhibitory effect of resveratrol on Coxsackie virus in vitro. The antiviral efficacy of resveratrol in vitro showed that: (1) the prevention mode did not inhibit the Coxsackie virus; (2) the treatment and direct mode of action had a certain degree of inhibition on Coxsackie virus and the treatment mode 71.5% inhibition rate) is better than the direct effect (inhibition rate was 41.5%). Resveratrol is shown to inhibit Coxsackie virus in vitro, which may inhibit virus replication in host cells through multiple pathways.
