目的完善无偿献血及其志愿服务工作的表彰激励机制,促进无偿献血活动持续健康发展。方法在遵守无偿献血和志愿服务工作概念、原则及崇尚荣誉理念的指引下,在国家、省、市及其相关部门和社团现行无偿献血及其志愿工作表彰办法的基础上,依托市公民无偿献血委员会办公室、市无偿献血者联谊会和市红十字会制定无偿献血及其志愿工作表彰激励办法,完善和丰富表彰项目及评审标准,并定期考评表彰。结果极大地提升了无偿献血者和志愿者们的积极性,有效地促进了无偿献血活动的持续发展。结论无偿献血者和志愿者参与无偿献血及其志愿服务工作的初衷和原动力多种多样,若使其持续参与则需要有助动力,因此,建立并不断完善无偿献血及其志愿工作表彰激励机制,可有效的保障无偿献血活动持续健康发展。
Objective To improve the recognition and incentive mechanism of voluntary blood donation and volunteer service, and promote the sustainable and healthy development of unpaid blood donation activities.
