目的了解义乌市餐饮业餐饮具消毒状况。方法按照GB14934-1994《食(饮)具消毒卫生标准》进行采样、检测和评价。结果 2年内共检测样品990份,合格842份,合格率85.05%。2012年和2013年的合格率分别为86.0%和84.81%,4类样品中杯的合格率最低,为80.0%。结论义乌市餐饮业餐饮具合格率普遍较低,存在着卫生隐患,监督部门要加强小型餐馆消毒监管工作,督促餐饮单位提高餐饮具卫生质量。
Objective To understand the food and beverage industry in Yiwu disinfection status. Methods According to GB14934-1994 “food (drinking) with disinfection health standards” for sampling, testing and evaluation. Results A total of 990 samples were tested within 2 years, 842 passes, with a pass rate of 85.05%. The pass rates in 2012 and 2013 were 86.0% and 84.81%, respectively. The pass rate of cup in the four types of samples was the lowest, at 80.0%. Conclusion The catering rate of catering industry in Yiwu City is generally low, which has potential health hazards. Supervision departments should strengthen the supervision and control of the disinfection of small restaurants and urge the catering units to improve the sanitary quality of catering establishments.
