石灰氮是南方酸性土壤地区重要氮肥品种之一.这种化学肥料已在福建、浙江等地大量推广使用.为了更好地发挥石灰氮的肥效,消除施用时可能造成的毒害,近年来不少研究单位和生产部门进行了一系列的试验,并且指出石灰氮预先与十倍湿土混合堆积10—20天,可以消除毒害,作为基肥或追肥施用.这个方法已在全国各地推广使用.但据我们调查研究福建各地使用情况,发现石灰氮与土壤混合堆积时,并不能使毒性完全消除,反而使肥效降低.为了探明石灰氮与土壤混合堆腐过程中氰胺态氮的转化机制,我们于1961—1962年间连续举行三次的转化试验,本文是这方面研究结果的报告,并对石灰氮与土壤混合堆腐问题提出我们的看法.
