本文首先回顾了组织绩效和个人绩效衔接机制的研究文献,然后分析了当前税务机关组织绩效与个人绩效衔接机制存在的问题,在此基础上,提出了税务机关组织绩效和个人绩效衔接机制设计的总体思路,并提出了税务机关组织绩效与个人绩效衔接机制的改进建议。
