目的:建立枸杞中7种有机磷农药的分析方法。方法:采用凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)对枸杞中7种有机磷农药进行样品净化处理后,利用气相色谱-质谱联用对7种农药同时定性、定量测定。结果:在0.05~1.00 mg.L-1各农药组分呈现良好的线性相关,R2均>0.99,7种有机磷农药的平均回收率在79.3%~109.3%,RSD 2.39%~10.33%(n=6),最小检测限范围为2.1~36.7μg.L-1。结论:采用该凝胶渗透色谱-气质联用法同时测定枸杞中7种有机磷农药残留,准确度、精密度良好,可用于定性定量分析。
Objective: To establish a method for the analysis of 7 organophosphorus pesticides in Chinese wolfberry. Methods: Seven kinds of organophosphorus pesticides in Lycium barbarum were purified by gel permeation chromatography (GPC). The seven pesticides were determined simultaneously by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. Results: The results showed that there was a good linear correlation between the contents of pesticides in 0.05-1.00 mg.L-1 and R2> 0.99. The average recoveries of seven organophosphorus pesticides ranged from 79.3% to 109.3% with RSDs ranging from 2.39% to 10.33% (n = 6), the minimum detection limit ranged from 2.1 to 36.7μg.L-1. CONCLUSION: Simultaneous determination of 7 organophosphorus pesticide residues in Lycium chinense by gel permeation chromatography-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry has good accuracy and precision and can be used for qualitative and quantitative analysis.
