本文叙述了铁蛋白的放射免疫(双抗体法)的改进及其正常值。原先的试验需要72小时才能完成,改进后的试验采用37℃温育,只需要24小时即能完成。各项性能参数仍达到原试验的指标要求。其正常值男子组(n=100)95％的范围为22～240ng/ml,中位数为76ng/ml;女子组(n=102)95％的范围为16～132ng/ml,中位数为34ng/ml。<16ng/ml被认为有铁缺乏存在,此结果与Amersham公司的药盒相符。
This article describes the improvement of ferritin radioimmunoassay (double antibody method) and its normal value. The original test took 72 hours to complete, the improved test using 37 ℃ incubation, only 24 hours to complete. The performance parameters still meet the requirements of the original test indicators. The normal range of 95% for men (n = 100) ranged from 22 to 240 ng / ml with a median of 76 ng / ml; 95% for women (n = 102) ranged from 16 to 132 ng / 34 ng / ml. <16 ng / ml is considered to be deficient in iron and the result is in line with Amersham’s kit.
