pH值的电化学测量方法一般是采用玻璃电极和参比电极插入被测溶液,构成一个测量原电池来进行的。这个电池的电动势与pH值的关系可表示为 E=E_0-K·pH·(273+t)/298 式中E_0是不随pH值和溶液温度变化的常数,K≈58.1mV·pH~(-1)是因玻璃电极而异的常数,t是温度(℃)。
