我们在清理胎儿标本时发现一具身长275mm、体重550g、男性胎儿,因避孕环绕于胎儿上下颌及后枕部之间,似马嚼样,造成胎儿头部畸形发育,此胎儿死因不明。据其体表特征及器官发育.可估定月龄为27～29周。现将观察结果报告如下。1 颅骨发育不良,柔软、枕部畸形,整个头面部呈一倒置葫芦形。上部以颅面部为主,直径75mm:下部以下颌及枕部为主,直径 45mm(见图1)。 When we clean up the fetus specimens found a body length 275mm, weight 550g, male fetus, due to contraception around the fetal upper and lower jaw and occipital, like a horse chewing, causing fetal head deformities, the cause of death of the fetus is unknown.
