高速公路的快速发展,对缓解交通运输“瓶颈”制约发挥了重要作用,同时也带来了一系列社会环境问题。为科学度量高速公路建成通车3到5年后对社会环境的影响,文章通过广泛的查阅研究国内外文献资料,选取层次分析法对高速公路社会环境影响后评价指标体系深入完善,构建了高速公路社会环境影响后评价模糊综合评价模型。
