模态试验中,正确模拟被测结构的边界条件非常重要。本文以某铝制圆盘为对象,分6种情况对橡皮绳悬挂、轮胎支撑、海绵支撑等3种常用的自由边界模拟方法进行了研究。在每种边界条件下采用多参考点锤击法进行模态实验,进行详细的模态分析,得到模态频率、阻尼比和振型,并对所得到的结果参数以及有限元计算结果进行了详细对比和讨论分析。
In modal testing, it is very important to correctly simulate the boundary conditions of the structure under test.
