目的探讨Ki-67及CK34βE12在前列腺癌鉴别诊断中的应用。方法应用免疫组化S-P法检测24例前列腺癌和30例前列腺增生病变组织中Ki-67及CK34βE12的表达情况。结果平均Ki-67增生指数在24例前列腺癌为0.45±0.21,在30例前列腺增生为0.12±0.09,前列腺癌中Ki-67表达高于前列腺增生,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。CK34βE12表达在前列腺癌中均为阴性,前列腺增生30例均为阳性表达(P<0.001)。结论Ki-67和CK34βE12在前列腺良恶性疾病中的表达水平不同,Ki-67高表达和CK34βE12阴性表达有助于诊断前列腺癌。
Objective To investigate the application of Ki-67 and CK34βE12 in the differential diagnosis of prostate cancer. Methods The expression of Ki-67 and CK34βE12 in 24 cases of prostate cancer and 30 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia was detected by immunohistochemical S-P method. Results The mean Ki-67 hyperplasia index was 0.45 ± 0.21 in 24 cases of prostate cancer and 0.12 ± 0.09 in 30 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia. The expression of Ki-67 in prostate cancer was higher than that in benign prostatic hyperplasia (P <0.01). CK34βE12 expression in prostate cancer were negative, 30 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia were positive (P <0.001). Conclusions The expressions of Ki-67 and CK34βE12 are different in benign and malignant prostatic diseases. Ki-67 overexpression and CK34βE12 negative expression are helpful for the diagnosis of prostate cancer.
