目的了解长沙县村医、村计划生育专干叶酸知晓情况,为促进增补叶酸预防神经管缺陷的项目实施提供参考。方法于2013年7月采用二阶段完全随机抽样方法对长沙县120名村医、村计划生育专干进行问卷调查,了解其叶酸知晓情况。对干预村60名村医、村计划生育专干进行叶酸知识培训,比较培训对于叶酸知识的影响。结果村医、村计划生育专干知晓叶酸是一种维生素者占38.7%,知晓叶酸可以减少神经管畸形者占95.8%,知晓神经管缺陷高危计划怀孕育龄妇女定义和正确补充剂量者分别仅55.5%和49.2%。经叶酸知识培训,村医、村计划生育专干对叶酸知识的各项认知得分及总分均有提高(P均=0.000)。结论长沙县村医、村计划生育专干对叶酸相关知识特别是神经管缺陷高危待孕妇女的相关知识掌握程度不高,叶酸知识培训可以有效提高其叶酸知识掌握程度。应加强对村医、村计划生育专干的专题培训,提高其对叶酸增补预防神经管缺陷的认知,确保增补叶酸预防神经管畸形项目的实施效果。
Objective To understand the situation of folic acid knowledge of village doctors and village specialists in Changsha County and to provide references for the implementation of the project of promoting folic acid supplementation in preventing neural tube defects. Methods In July 2013, a total of 120 village doctors and village specialists in Changsha County were surveyed by two stage random sampling method to find out the status of folic acid. On the intervention village 60 village doctors, village family planning specializes in folic acid knowledge training, training on the effect of folic acid knowledge. Results Village doctors, village family planning professionals know that folic acid is a vitamin accounted for 38.7%, aware of folic acid can reduce neural tube defects accounted for 95.8%, high risk of neural tube defects plan pregnant women of reproductive age definition and correct dose were only 55.5 % And 49.2%. The knowledge of folic acid training, village doctors, village specialization of folic acid knowledge of the cognitive scores and the total score has increased (P = 0.000). Conclusion The special knowledge of folic acid related knowledge, especially neural tube defects high risk pregnant women in village doctors and village specialists in Changsha County is not high enough. The training of folic acid knowledge can effectively improve the mastery of folic acid knowledge. Special training should be strengthened for village doctors and village specialists in family planning so as to enhance their understanding of the role of folic acid supplementation in preventing neural tube defects and ensure the implementation effect of folic acid supplementation in preventing the project of neural tube defects.
