目的:系统的评价氟化物对正畸治疗过程中牙根吸收的影响。方法:检索Pub Med等数据库中关于氟化物对正畸治疗过程中牙根吸收影响的随机对照试验,并对纳入文献进行质量评估。结果:共纳入5项研究,5项均为中等质量。研究对象、作用力大小、加力方式、氟化物剂量及牙根吸收测量方法不同导致只能进行定性分析。氟化物能增加牙骨质中矿物质的含量,可能会降低正畸治疗过程中牙根吸收的风险,但不同研究结果存在差异。结论:目前研究尚不能定论氟化物能减轻正畸治疗过程中牙根吸收的严重程度;仍需统一研究方法的大样本、长时间的随机对照试验以进一步研究。
OBJECTIVE: To systematically evaluate the effect of fluoride on root resorption during orthodontic treatment. METHODS: Randomized controlled trials of Pub Med et al. For the effects of fluoride on root resorption during orthodontic treatment were searched and the quality of the included literature was evaluated. Results: A total of five studies were included, all of which were of medium quality. Research object, force size, force method, fluoride dose and root resorption measurement method led to only qualitative analysis. Fluoride can increase the content of minerals in the cementum and may reduce the risk of root resorption during orthodontic treatment, but there are differences between studies. CONCLUSIONS: The current study is not yet conclusive that fluoride can reduce the severity of root resorption during orthodontic treatment; large samples of uniform research methods and long-term randomized controlled trials are needed for further study.
