为了解人参叶皂苷类化学成分,寻找其尚未发现的皂苷,采用正反相硅胶柱层析和反相制备液相色谱等多种方法进行分离纯化.从人参叶中分离得到12个皂苷类化合物,用波谱方法鉴定为越南参皂苷R_3(1)、越南参皂苷R_4(2)、越南参皂苷R_8(3)、人参皂苷Rk1(4)、人参皂苷Rg_5(5)、5,6-去氢人参皂苷Rd(6)、人参皂苷Rb_1(7)、人参皂苷Rb_2(8)、人参皂苷Rc(9)、人参皂苷Re(10)、人参皂苷Rd(11)、人参皂苷Rg_1(12).其中化合物1-6为首次从人参叶中分离得到.
In order to understand the chemical constituents of ginseng leaf saponins, looking for its not yet found saponin, using reverse-phase silica gel column chromatography and reverse phase preparative liquid chromatography and other methods were isolated and purified from the leaves of ginseng isolated 12 saponins (3), ginsenoside Rk1 (4), ginsenoside Rg_5 (5), 5,6-de-hydrogen Ginsenoside Rd (6), ginsenoside Rb_1 (7), ginsenoside Rb_2 (8), ginsenoside Rc (9), ginsenoside Re (10), ginsenoside Rd (11) and ginsenoside Rg_1 Compound 1-6 was isolated from ginseng leaves for the first time.
