继去年年底在全国各地各学校陆续启动优秀中职毕业生报告会活动以来,今年4月,团中央将联合教育部、人力资源和社会保障部,从各地报告会活动中选择专业技能突出、工作成绩显著、熟悉社会生活发展趋势和具有良好社会化技能的优秀中职生,组成报告团,赴全国各省区市作巡回报告。随着我国中职教育的发展,数以万计的青少年通过职业教育练就了过硬的专业技能,培养了良好的职业道德,成长为各行各业的有用之才,实现了个人理想和人生价值。那么,中职生成长成才需要什么样的外部环境?教育部门和学校如何在制度设计和环境建设上为其成长成才创造更好氛围?中职生自身又需要为成长成才做哪些方面的准备呢?
