一、目的及原理大批量工厂化栽培平菇、风尾菇等木腐菌类,多采用熟料栽培,蒸料消毒灭菌设备造价高,蒸煮量有限,能源消耗大,成本高。生料栽培易感杂菌且生物转化率不高。怎样才能解决大批量易操作、少污染、产量高、成本低等技术问题,是一个很有意义的研究课题。我场从83—85年利用代料湿处理堆积发酵,微生物活动自然增温,达到巴氏灭菌法的堆料温度,杀死代料中的竞争性杂菌及害虫虫
