武汉九龙大桥是一座马蹄形独塔斜拉桥,钢主塔采用工厂制作、现场拼装、主塔竖转提升的施工工艺。为了保证钢主塔竖转施工的安全以及就位精确度,在竖转过程中对钢主塔和箱梁的线形、应力进行监控。测量钢主塔控制点的空间坐标,实现竖转角度的精确监控;通过应力监测确定铰座区结构的安全,通过应力和变位的反应确定梁端锚固区安全性。监控结果表明,竖转过程中整体结构安全可靠,竖转角度精确,重点区域安全可控,可为类似工程结构监控提供参考。
Wuhan Kowloon Bridge is a horseshoe single tower cable-stayed bridge, the steel tower using factory production, site assembly, the main tower vertical rotation to enhance the construction process. In order to ensure the safety of steel tower vertical construction and the precision in place, the linear shape and stress of the steel tower and box girder are monitored during the vertical rotation. The space coordinate of the control point of the steel tower is measured to realize the precise monitoring of the vertical rotation angle. The safety of the structure of the hinge zone is determined through stress monitoring. The safety of the anchorage zone at the beam end is determined through the reaction of stress and displacement. The monitoring results show that the whole structure is safe and reliable, the vertical rotation angle is accurate and the key areas are safe and controllable, which can provide reference for the similar engineering structure monitoring.
