[目的]针对微生物对环境修复的局限性,将筛选出的烟嘧磺隆降解菌N80制成新型、高效的烟嘧磺隆降解菌液体菌剂。[结果]利用L16(45)正交试验确定其最佳工艺条件:麦麸2%,玉米粉1%,氯化钠0.5%,其余为水,接菌量为3%,发酵时间48 h,发酵温度30℃,无光照,25℃储藏。烟嘧磺隆最高降解率为88.6%,储藏60 d时对烟嘧磺隆仍有较高的降解效果,降解率为78.2%。[结论]该研究为今后商品化生产菌剂奠定了基础。
[Objective] In order to overcome the limitation of microbial remediation on environment, nicosulfuron-degrading bacterium N80 was screened out to be a new and efficient nicosulfuron-degrading bacterium liquid bacterium. [Result] The optimum conditions of L16 (45) orthogonal experiment were as follows: wheat bran 2%, corn flour 1%, sodium chloride 0.5%, the rest water, the amount of inoculation 3%, fermentation time 48 h, Fermentation temperature 30 ℃, no light, 25 ℃ storage. Nicosulfuron maximum degradation rate of 88.6%, 60 d storage of nicosulfuron still have a higher degradation rate, the degradation rate was 78.2%. [Conclusion] This study laid the foundation for the future commercial production of microbial agents.
