目的：探讨中西医结合治疗小儿过敏性紫癜的临床疗效。方法：选择过敏性紫癜122例，按收治顺序随机分为治疗组63例，对照组59例，两组性别、年龄、临床分型等经统计学处理，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）.两组常规给抗感染，抗过敏、糖皮质激素等治疗。治疗组在西药基础上加用中药治疗。结果：治疗组发生腹痛、关节痛明显减少，住院天数缩短，皮疹退而复现明显少于对照组。（P 0.05).
