通过对采用塑料薄膜包装的低温贮藏、常温贮藏和常温裸放果实分别进行呼吸强度、失水率、细胞膜透性及过氧化物酶活性等项目的测定 ,研究梨枣果实在采后成熟衰老过程中生理生化变化的规律。结果表明 ,采后梨枣果实在常温裸放情况下 ,具有较高呼吸强度和失水率、果实快速衰老软化。塑料薄膜包装能强烈地抑制果实水分蒸发 ,对果实呼吸强度有一定影响 ;常温袋藏果实呼吸强度略有增强 ,低温袋藏呼吸强度被显著抑制。低温袋藏和常温袋藏降低了果实细胞膜透性和推迟了过氧化物酶活性高峰的出现 ,表明果实衰老与细胞膜透性和过氧化物酶活性的增强有关
The respiration intensity, water loss rate, membrane permeability and peroxidase activity were measured respectively in low temperature storage, normal temperature storage and naked naked fruits at plastic wrap. Cryopreservation and storage at room temperature reduced the permeability of fruit membrane and postponed the peak of peroxidase activity, indicating that the fruit senescence is related to the enhancement of cell membrane permeability and peroxidase activity
