结合CY-3.5G铲运机研制工作的实际,对铲运机液压系统设计中有关使用转向蓄能器、变量柱塞泵和手动泵松闸系统等问题,以及工作液历系统流显对铲运机生产能力的影响进行了分析讨论得出了在铲运机液压系统中不宜采用柱塞泵和转向蓄能器等结论,否定了国外常用的制动器手动泵松闸系统,同时还对铲运机液压系统的可靠性设计进行了初步探讨。
Combining with the actual development of CY-3.5G scraper, the problems of using steering accumulator, variable displacement piston pump and manual pump release system in the design of hydraulic system for scraper are analyzed. The impact of the production capacity of scraper was analyzed and discussed, the conclusion that the plunger pump and the steering accumulator should not be adopted in the hydraulic system of the scraper was negated and the brake system of brake manual pump commonly used abroad was negated. At the same time, The reliability design of the hydraulic system of the transporter is discussed preliminarily.
